Job Description
Responsible for specifying and balancing requirements, execution and evaluation of designs, analysis, development, testing and validation of major engineering projects where creativity and initiative are involved. Position also requires the ability to work with independent judgment with only some input from supervisor. The broad scope of responsibilities covers one or more of the following: threaded fasteners, unthreaded fasteners, static seals, dynamic seals, adhesives, TIM and Potting Material.
Exercise technical direction and collaboration over other engineers or engineering support personnel to meet specific engineering objectives. Capable of managing projects with high degree of difficulty. Actively engage both internal and supplier teams in issue resolution. Work cohesively with engineering peers responsible for similar components for other applications.
