About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Mainframe Software Engineer to design, develop, maintain , support, and modernize enterprise applications that enable critical GM business operations. This role will develop solutions that drive innovation and competitive advantage while ensuring the reliability, security, performance, and maintainability of GM’s systems, applications, and platforms.
The Senior Mainframe Software Engineer will participate across the full software development lifecycle, from project initiation and requirements analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. The role will collaborate closely with developers, architects, system analysts, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with GM standards and requirements.
