Job Description
DUTIES: Design and architect robust testing strategies and automation frameworks utilizing executable specifications for mechatronic systems. Align CI system design and evolution with VMEC user requirements and the SDV Mechatronic Platform architecture. Communicate the CI vision, roadmap, and improvement opportunities to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proactively identify and drive implementation of enhancements to CI systems, test infrastructure, and quality processes to improve reliability, coverage, and feedback speed. Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams on test strategy, CI adoption, and built-in quality practices for mechatronic ECUs. Up to 10% domestic and international travel. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study and Eight (8) years of experience as a Software Quality Architect, Software Test Architect, Software Test Engineer, or related occupation OR Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study and Six (6) years of experience as a Software Quality Architect, Software Test Architect, Software Test Engineer, or related occupation.
