Job Description
DUTIES : Ensure that the product development and release plans are created and executed in adherence to engineering standard work for the purpose of on-time high quality delivery of VMEC embedded control products. Identify and resolve any coordination issues between the calibration team SW DRE SWIM SWIL and Hardware DRE. Act as an integration manager and primary interface with customers (e.g. vehicle program teams or vehicle assembly plants) and development partners (e.g.
calibration teams validation teams or suppliers) of the specific product of responsibility; includes tracking and reporting status of deliverables. Refine maintain and prioritize the team backlog. Lead or support standard meetings related to specific responsibilities (e.g. Daily stand-up Meeting or Software Execution Team Meeting). Provides technical leadership ensuring issue resolution and appropriate technical direction for products of responsibility.
