Job Description
Join Olsson’s dynamic and expanding Roadway team as a Senior Engineer and have a pivotal impact in shaping the success of our growth in the St. Louis area! As we embark on the incredible opportunity to expand our footprint, we are seeking an experienced engineer to elevate our team to new heights. Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for transportation-related projects including urban and rural highways, interchanges, and municipal roadways.
In this influential role, you will spreadhead technical excellence, serving as the lead engineer and trusted advisor on intricate projects. Your responsibilities will extend to providing high-level technical design, overseeing quality assurance/control, and managing projects with a keen eye on scope, schedule, and budget. You will not only review contracts and champion efficiency in producing top-notch work but will also curate technical resources, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
