If you have an affinity for complex technical systems, excellent communication and product troubleshooting skills, and enjoy working collaboratively, we may have the perfect role for you! As a Senior Product Support Engineer, you will provide expert-level technical support for our product and system prototypes. This role involves leading troubleshooting efforts, managing complex technical issues, and ensuring product reliability.
You will also mentor junior engineers and drive strategic initiatives to enhance product support processes.
