Equipment Cleaner Part Time Saturdays at The Campbell's Company | LAYIQ

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of related manufacturing, sanitation, maintenance, or industrial cleaning experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and sanitation standards.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand basic equipment functions and identify operational issues.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively exchange information across shifts and teams.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively prioritizing daily tasks.
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Ability to work in hot, wet, noisy, and industrial manufacturing environments.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely.
Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach.
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy wheeled loads.
Commitment to food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Ability to remain in the position for a minimum of one year due to training requirements.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
Previous experience in a food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
Experience working with SAP or other computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Prior forklift operating experience.
Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement principles.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment and identifying root causes of equipment performance issues.
Experience working in highly regulated manufacturing environments with strict sanitation and quality requirements.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
