Industrial Electro-Mechanic at The Campbell's Company | LAYIQ

High school diploma or equivalent.
Advanced mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, food processing, agricultural processing, or similar environment.
Strong experience with: Steam systems and steam turbines
Evaporator processes
Gas-fired boilers
Pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems to the component level.
Working knowledge of: Shafts, couplings, keys, keyways, chains, sprockets, gears, and gear ratios
Bearing inspection, installation, maintenance, and failure analysis
Industrial lubrication systems and lubricant selection
Experience reading and interpreting manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments including micrometers and Vernier calipers.
Experience with laser alignment tools and coupling alignment procedures.
Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, and basic electrical systems.
Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety practices.
Welding experience including stick, MIG, TIG, brazing, and oxyacetylene cutting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to support seasonal overtime requirements.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
Prior experience in a food manufacturing or tomato processing environment.
Experience maintaining high-speed rotating equipment.
Experience with large-scale industrial utility systems.
Previous leadership, mentoring, or team supervision experience.
Formal technical training, apprenticeship, trade school certification, or related mechanical maintenance education.
Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with reliability-centered maintenance programs and root cause analysis methodologies.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Industrial food processing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment and energized systems.
Exposure to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, and utility equipment.
Frequent use of diagnostic tools, precision measurement devices, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Exposure to heat, noise, vibration, and varying environmental conditions.
Seasonal overtime required to support production demands.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
