Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while following all safety and food safety requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product and packaging defects.
Ability to follow written instructions, packaging specifications, and production procedures.
Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform manual labor throughout the shift.
Ability to safely lift and handle products and packaging materials.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Willingness to work overtime as business needs require.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
High School Diploma or GED.
One (1) year of production or manufacturing experience.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, or assembly environments.
Experience operating pallet jacks or packaging-related equipment.
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certification or experience following LOTO procedures.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and housekeeping standards.
Experience supporting sanitation activities and equipment changeovers.
Physical & Work Environment
Continuous standing, hand use, visual inspections, and repetitive motion activities throughout the shift.
Frequent walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and carrying.
Occasional climbing, kneeling, squatting, overhead work, and ladder use.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Heavier lifting may be required with assistance.
Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment and loud manufacturing environments.
Frequent exposure to wet and humid conditions.
Occasional exposure to elevated work areas, airborne particles, and cleaning chemicals.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all workplace safety standards.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
