Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift at The Campbell's Company | LAYIQ

High school diploma or GED.
Basic electrical training or equivalent experience that enables safe electrical troubleshooting.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
Knowledge and experience using basic hand and power tools safely.
Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Ability to interpret ladder logic and basic control circuits.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and email systems.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and both metric and standard measurements.
Ability to work independently and solve problems involving multiple variables.
Commitment to safety, quality standards, and operational excellence.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 1,500 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, electrical hazards, temperature extremes, noise, dust, and varying environmental conditions.
Ability to work overtime as needed to support operational requirements.
Ability to successfully complete required aptitude testing and Powered Industrial Equipment licensing requirements.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
Two or more years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing or production equipment.
Experience maintaining boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, chillers, or facility infrastructure.
Welding, machining, or fabrication experience.
Experience working with PLCs, controls, and automated manufacturing equipment.
Forklift Operator Certification.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, and food safety programs.
Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or SAP maintenance modules.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
