The Senior Manager, Change Management is a strategic advisor and hands-on practitioner responsible for leading the people side of change across enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role partners with senior leaders, project teams, HR, communications, and functional stakeholders to drive successful adoption of new business processes, technologies, operating models, and cultural shifts.
The ideal candidate is a true end-to-end change practitioner who can independently assess change impacts, develop integrated change strategies, coach leaders, execute communications and engagement plans, measure adoption, and sustain outcomes long after go-live. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is equally comfortable facilitating executive discussions as they are rolling up their sleeves to build change plans and lead execution.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$139,300-$191,500
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
