Industrial Ingredient & Materials Handler at The Campbell's Company | LAYIQ

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculator use.
Understanding of food safety, quality, and proper ingredient handling practices.
Ability to follow recipes, production instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity standards.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet production and quality expectations.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs. of material
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, moving machinery, loud noise, and wet/slippery floors.
Commitment to following GMP, USDA, HACCP, and workplace safety standards at all times.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
Previous experience in food manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or packaging environments.
Experience operating pallet jacks or material handling equipment.
Familiarity with inventory control, receiving, and warehouse operations.
Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP principles, and food safety regulations.
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with strict deadlines.
Understanding of product rotation, sanitation requirements, and quality inspection processes.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing job duties, team members work around moving machinery and are exposed to hot, cold, and refrigerated products, loud noise levels, and wet/slippery floors. Maintaining awareness of surroundings and following all safety procedures is essential.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
