Job Summary

This Electrical Engineering Co-Op position supports the Fort Smith, Arkansas Engineering team in the design, development, and support of electric motor products. The Co-Op will gain hands-on experience with motor design, performance testing, engineering documentation, and manufacturing support while working alongside experienced engineers.

The role provides exposure to cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement initiatives, and industry-standard engineering practices, offering a meaningful learning experience and the opportunity to contribute to impactful engineering projects.
