This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.
The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing, maintaining, and administering compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class multi-disciplined talent in a competitive environment. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this individual will partner with Graco’s HR Managers and leadership team to provide consultative services on compensation topics and help ensure that compensation and total rewards programs are aligned with the business and talent strategies.
