This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.
The Senior Workday HR Information Systems Analyst will help drive the strategic direction of the HRIS function, offering expert guidance on technology development, deployment, and support. This role involves overseeing the enhancement and upgrading of HR applications through comprehensive needs analysis and strategic project planning. Responsibilities include leading testing processes, consulting with users for needs assessment, recommending process improvements, and implementing advanced solutions.
