The Technical Training Manager leads a team responsible for developing and delivering product , application , and technical training that helps global customers, channel partners, service partners, and internal teams confidently select, apply, operate , service, and support our products.
This role partners closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to build practical, scalable learning solutions that improve product knowledge, application confidence, customer experience, and sales/service effectiveness. Through effective training and enablement, this role helps improve customer confidence, strengthen brand loyalty, accelerate product adoption, improve service readiness, and support sales and revenue growth.
