As the Castings Category Manager at Graco, you will drive procurement initiatives across a global portfolio of iron, steel, aluminum, and specialty alloy castings. In this strategic role, you will champion cost optimization, supply continuity, quality improvement, and operational excellence for critical casting components supporting both production and new product development.
You will leverage your expertise in casting processes and category management to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams. Utilizing market intelligence, supplier performance data, and industry insights, you will identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver sustainable value while supporting Graco's growth and innovation objectives.
