The Director, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is responsible for driving the division's growth through the identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisition opportunities and adjacent market expansion initiatives. Serving as the division's lead for M&A, this role oversees market mapping, target identification, relationship development, valuation support, due diligence, transaction execution, and post-acquisition integration.
