Warehouse Operator
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift & Working Hours: 8 hours Shift; 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. Seasonal hours 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse.
You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.
This role is part of our WinField United business who supplies agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to our member-owners and other partners.
