- Location: Arden Hills, MN
- Pay: $37 –$43 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
- On-Call: Approximately every 4 weeks
- Position Summary
The Sr. Building Operating Engineer serves as a technical subject matter expert for building operations and maintenance across a complex mixed-use campus. This hands-on role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler, chiller, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
We are looking for an experienced facilities professional who can see the big picture of building performance—identifying opportunities to improve system reliability, energy efficiency, and operating costs while independently troubleshooting complex issues.
