Senior Plant Manager
This position is for our Omnium division. Omnium is your loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant and plant nutrition products. Our team adheres to stringent safety protocols and environmental stewardship standards.
The Senior Plant Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient performance of all aspects of plant operations. This position will provide a proactive problem-solving approach and must think strategically while contributing to the efficient, systematic and profitable operation. Will provide overall leadership, support and direction to their team. Is responsible for providing clear direction and development guidance to their direct reports.
Will implement strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiencies, while maintaining quality in an environment that supports continuous improvement. Must maintain strong relations with employees, the community and customers.
