Summary
DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation Attorney (non-partnership track) to join its group. This position is open to Florida-admitted lawyers open to working in our Miami office.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience.
Experience working on litigation matters in state and federal courts including drafting pleadings and briefs, taking and defending depositions, addressing discovery disputes and general litigation case management.
Experience in healthcare and/or ERISA matters is desired.
