As a Communication Specialist for Insurance Advisory Solutions (IAS Communications), you will collaborate with Enterprise Communications, IAS Marketing, and Operating Group leaders to develop and execute internal communication strategies that support business objectives and employee engagement. You will manage multiple projects in a interesting, dynamic and fast-paced environment while partnering across teams to deliver effective, high-quality communications.
This role reports to the Director of IAS Communications and works closely with the Senior Director of IAS Marketing on key business priorities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Development & Communications Strategy
Partners with IAS leaders, Enterprise Communications, and cross-functional teams to support and execute multi-channel communication plans that advance key organizational priorities.
Supports organizational change initiatives through effective internal communications and select external marketing efforts.
