Position Summary
The Manufacturing Manager - Lateral Flow Chemistry Production supervises employees who operate equipment used to manufacture products and maintains inventory records of raw materials used in batch manufacturing. Ensures accurate and up-to-date batch records and data sheets on batches in process. Oversee in-process tests (such as hardness, weight, variation, pH and moisture content) to ensure that batches meet specifications. Resolves equipment and product problems.
Incumbents in this job family are typically responsible for directing and guiding the work of teams and/or individuals. This role provides manufacturing leadership for all activities related to the production of chemical and protein reagents for the production of Lateral Flow Diagnostics. This position ensures consistent execution, workforce stability, and operational discipline while balancing throughput, quality requirements, and resource constraints.
