B2B Paid Media Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Freelance B2B Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise paid social campaigns for an established B2B technology company.

You will work closely with the Demand Generation team to improve campaign performance across the customer journey, with a strong focus on driving pipeline. This role combines hands-on campaign execution and optimisation with strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook and Reddit.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing and bid strategies.
• Build and launch campaigns using creative and copy supplied by internal teams.
• Continuously test and optimise audiences, targeting, placements and creative.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
• Support conversion tracking, measurement and reporting.
• Recommend paid social strategies that support broader demand generation and pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with internal Demand Generation, Creative and Web teams.
• Proactively share platform trends, insights and optimisation opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or B2B technology paid social.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and full-funnel marketing.
• Strong analytical and campaign optimisation skills.
• Ability to work independently while communicating proactively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Reddit Ads is highly desirable.
• Experience with 6sense, StackAdapt, programmatic display, CTV or podcast advertising is an advantage.
• This is a hands-on paid social roleand does not include paid search responsibilities.
