The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are seeking an experienced Constructability Review Specialist to support LAUSD’s Facilities Services Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned architecture or construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction, constructability reviews, construction administration, and complex public/educational facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative (OAR) throughout the preconstruction phase.
- Assist with defining and reviewing the Project Requirement Document, including scope, schedule, and interim housing requirements.
- Provide value engineering recommendations early in the design process.
- Review design deliverables to identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, conflicts, errors, and omissions to help minimize RFIs and change orders.
