Sirona Marketing Manager Role Summary

Sirona is looking for a hands-on, full-stack marketer who becomes the day-to-day engine behind how Sirona shows up in the market and how we turn attention into pipeline. The role spans three concentrations:

social media

(owning our channels end to end), general content creation

(across formats), and paid media

(running our Google and LinkedIn programs). Just as important, this is a people-facing role.  This person will be a personable partner who helps plan, promote, and run our webinars and events alongside the Director of Marketing Operations. This includes  showing up in person when needed.

We are an AI-native marketing team. This role will use AI tools every day to create, scale, and measure their work, and is excited to keep learning as the tooling evolves. This will will create on-brand content at a steady cadence, run an active and engaged social presence, produce video and graphics in-house, and manage paid campaigns against a spend-to-pipeline target. We will hire a versatile doer who turns Sirona's story into a consistent, always-on stream of brand and demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social channels. Own Sirona's presence end to end — LinkedIn first, plus emerging channels: calendar, publishing, community management, and active engagement with companies, partners, and people in radiology
• Content creation - Produce social posts, short-form video, graphics, blog/newsletter support, and campaign creative — on-brand and on-voice, across formats and at a steady cadence
• Webinars & events - Help plan and run Sirona's webinars and events end to end, hand in hand with Jenna — topic and speaker planning, presenter prep, production and platform logistics, live moderation/hosting, and post-event follow-up. Drive attendance through organic and paid promotion, attend events in person, capture content on site, and repurpose it afterward. A personable, on-camera-comfortable presence who's genuinely good with people
• Paid media - Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (search) and LinkedIn (and emerging channels): audience and creative setup, budget pacing, A/B testing, and weekly reporting on spend → MQL → opportunity → pipeline against target
• Work AI-first - Use AI tools to draft, produce, and scale content, creative, and analysis — and help push how our AI-native marketing team works. We give you the tools; we expect you to run with them and keep leveling up
• Videography - Shoot and edit video in-house — event capture, customer and product moments, social clips, and thought-leadership pieces. Light editing is expected day to day. May require travel
• Brand consistency - Keep every asset aligned to the Sirona design system and voice
• Key Requirements: 3–5 years in marketing for a B2B brand (health-tech, SaaS, or a comparable regulated/technical space a plus), with hands-on ownership across social, content, and paid
• AI-fluent — already uses AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, generative image/video, AI in the marketing stack) in day-to-day work, or a fast, eager learner who is genuinely excited to work on an AI-native team
• Personable and people-facing — comfortable on camera, hosting or moderating webinars, and representing Sirona in person at events. Enjoys working closely with a small team
• Hands-on content creator — writing plus visual/video; a portfolio or live channels that show range
• Direct experience running paid media in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager — building campaigns, managing budget, and reporting on cost-per-lead and downstream conversion (not just vanity metrics)
• Experience promoting and helping run webinars and events, and comfortable with the logistics of both
• Proficient shooting and editing video (e.g. Premiere / CapCut / equivalent) and with design tools (e.g. Canva / Adobe)
• Native fluency in LinkedIn and social best practice; comfortable engaging publicly in Sirona's voice
• Organized and self-directed — can run a content calendar and a campaign calendar in parallel and juggle multiple deliverables without close supervision
