Intelligence Planner – Senior at General Dynamics Information Technology | LAYIQ

Integrate Defense and National intelligence capabilities—including collection, analysis, and targeting—into overarching DoW operational planning efforts.
Support campaign plan development, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time‑sensitive planning in accordance with JOPES.
Assist with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments during the planning process.
Develop, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the Center’s intelligence support to CCMD planning activities.
Collabora with analysts, managers, and senior leadership to produce intelligence assessments responsive to CCMD requirements.
Participate in all phases of the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP), including mission analysis, COA development, COA wargaming, COA comparison, COA approval, and plan or order development.
Provide input across all planning functions—from interpreting strategic guidance to concept development, detailed planning, and plan assessment.
Coordinate with stakeholders to develop intelligence annexes for operational plans.
Apply working knowledge of JOPP, JOPES, and Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) formats and guidance to all planning activities.
Education and Required Experience
Master’s degree with 12 years related experience or bachelor’s degree with 17 years’ experience.
