Position Responsibilities:  Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, environmental monitoring samples, and other laboratory specimens Ensure testing is performed according to approved methods, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements Review, interpret, and approve microbiological test results Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and contamination events Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and testing supplies Collect

microbiological sampling of beverages, syrups, raw materials, and sanitation effectiveness swabbing by utilizing Aseptic Technique to prevent sample contamination Ability to work in laboratory and manufacturing environments Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline with 4 to 6 years of related
