Overview
The principal focus is to support the FCB C&I team in achieving volume and sales goals through structured lease, loan and installment payment agreement transactions. Enterprise Account Managers (EAM’s) are expected to establish relationships with each vendor partner and subsequently support new transactions from initiation through submitting applications and requesting documentation which includes obtaining comprehensive credit information on applications, interfacing with all FCB departments through final adjudication and
communicating regularly with the originating vendor. All potential transactions are evaluated by the Originations to ensure all documentary and non-documentary FCB criteria is met prior to commencement. In addition, should any current customer service-related issue be escalated through the vendor, they will work directly with the various FCB departments to trouble shoot and resolve the issue.
