Receptionist - Front Desk Division Assistant

We are seeking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist with experience in a law office, preferably in Insurance Defense. The ideal candidate should possess strong front desk skills, including:

• Answering the telephone
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Saving and organizing documents within a case management system
• Sending subpoenas via certified mail
• Logging returned green cards
• Processing invoices daily
• Setting up and cleaning up for office events
• Additionally, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience as a front desk receptionist in a law office
• Knowledge of front desk procedures, including managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail, and inputting vendor invoice information into the system daily
• Familiarity with case management systems, document profiling, and processing invoices
• Experience in insurance defense is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
