The RN will provide direct patient care under the direction of a Charge Nurse for adults, adolescents, children and geriatric patients with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. Responsible for using the Nursing process to effectively manage the Plan of Care for each patient based on appropriate standards, policies and procedures. Management of each patient also includes appropriately and effectively delegating patient care duties to other members of the nursing team in order to assure optimal patient outcomes.
