Social Commerce Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced

Social Commerce Account Manager to lead portfolio, client, and commercial growth across a roster of premier brand accounts. In this high-impact leadership role, you will own client relationships, build full-funnel Social Commerce strategies—spanning Livestreaming, Affiliate Marketing, and Performance Media—and directly drive GMV and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Client Leadership & Strategic Planning
• Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the primary leader and overall relationship owner across an assigned portfolio of brand accounts.
• Integrated Strategy: Craft end-to-end Social Commerce strategies integrating Livestreaming, Affiliate networks, and paid Performance Marketing.
• Business Alignment: Deeply understand client commercial priorities and translate them into actionable, cross-functional service plans.
• Senior Governance: Lead strategic client meetings, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR), and annual planning sessions while handling major escalations.
• 2. Commercial & Business Development
• Revenue Ownership: Own portfolio GMV and revenue growth goals, ensuring overall financial health and campaign profitability.
• Account Expansion: Actively spot, develop, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
• New Business & Pitches: Drive pitch proposals, contribute strategic frameworks, and co-develop commercial packages with Functional Managers to win new brand accounts.
• 3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Team Leadership
• Delivery Alignment: Work alongside Functional Managers (Livestream, Affiliate, Media) to ensure campaign strategies align with client goals.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor portfolio performance metrics to pinpoint new levers for growth.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Guide and upskill Account Executives embedded across your account teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 4–6+ years in E-commerce, Social Commerce, or digital agency account management.
