Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat of our daily operations.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our crews are where they need to be and our customers are happy with their Archway experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service/Communication: Communicate directly with customers via phone and in person. You’ll answer questions, provide service information, and resolve any issues with a helpful, positive attitude.

Logistics & Scheduling:

Manage the calendar for our landscaping services, ensuring efficient routing for our field crews and confirming appointments with homeowners.

Financial Administration:

Handle collections by professionally following up on outstanding invoices and processing customer payments accurately.

Inbox Management:

Monitor and respond to incoming emails promptly, ensuring no lead or question goes unanswered.

Data Integrity:

Maintain precise customer records, service logs, and internal communication notes.

Team Liaison:

Act as the bridge between the office and our field crews, providing real-time updates and coordinating schedule changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written skills are a must.
