Dedicated Orientation Unit Overview:
Are you interested in continuing your nursing career in an innovative educational environment, while making an impact on new Mercy caregivers? If you’re looking to maximize your earning potential all while having more hands to share the workload- this position is for you!
The new Mercy Hospital Fort Smith Dedicated Orientation Unit is an 18-bed unit focused on teaching eager newly hired Mercy caregivers the fundamental skills necessary to be successful. We are looking to build a team of highly engaged nurses who have a passion for education, patient care, and best practices. This unit will care for Medical Telemetry patients with a 6:1 patient to nurse ratio. Each nurse will act as a preceptor to two newly hired Mercy caregivers.

Position Details:
