City Wide is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Billing Specialist to provide high-quality bookkeeping, billing, and accounting support to our franchise network. In this role, you will manage consolidated billing accounts, deliver full-charge bookkeeping services for multiple franchise locations, and serve as a trusted resource for franchise owners and their teams.
The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, exceptional accuracy, confidence working in accounting software, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while providing outstanding internal and external customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Create, maintain, and support consolidated billing accounts for franchise locations.
- Perform full-charge bookkeeping services for multiple franchisees, including preparation of income statements and other financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash, and other financial records to ensure complete and accurate reporting.
