The R&D Program Manager’s primary job responsibilities will be owning and managing the Ga2O3 project and development leading to new product sales.
The Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the GOX government-funded program. This role ensures program compliance with federal regulations, contracts and sub-contracts; manages budgets and reporting requirements; coordinates with internal and external stakeholders; and drives continuous improvement for program efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing the R&D team manage the development of Ga2O3 single crystal growth processes and entire project to new product sales.
- Manage and develop the resources both internally and externally. Expanding and upskilling the team as we scale the project. Own the external funding contracts to support the project.
