The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of paper mill, shipping, receiving, and stock preparation operations for a designated shift, including safety, quality, production, costs, environmental control and employee relations. Areas of responsibility include the paper mill with 2 paper machines, Shipping, Receiving, and Stock Preparation. The Shift Supervisor also has mill-wide responsibilities for prioritizing shift maintenance and responding to emergencies.
