Position Summary
The Dispensary Security Agent is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant retail environment in accordance with Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations, internal SOPs, and company operational standards. This role protects patients, customers, team members, inventory, and company assets while supporting professional and welcoming guest experience.
Security Agents serve as the first and last point of contact for customers entering and exiting the dispensary and play a critical role in regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and de-escalation.
