Lead RF Systems Engineer at KRUSH Tech Inc | LAYIQ

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
6+ years of professional experience designing and developing RF/microwave hardware, devices, subsystems, or products, with expertise in RF/Telecom system architecture at the product and platform level.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with low-level RF device, circuit, or hardware module design—not solely RF network design, optimization, integration, testing, or tuning.
Experience with RF component selection, schematic design, circuit simulation, PCB design/layout considerations, prototype bring-up, debugging, and design validation.
Strong understanding of RF design fundamentals and system-level analysis, including gain, noise figure, linearity, impedance matching, link budgets, and RF performance trade-offs.
Experience leading engineering teams and providing technical direction across complex, cross-functional development projects, with the ability to independently assess technical risk.
Working knowledge of regulatory standards and certification requirements, including FCC, ETSI, and related compliance frameworks, and experience supporting RF products from prototype bring-up through production.

Tools & Technical Environment
Experience with a combination of the following RF design, simulation, and test tools is preferred:
Keysight ADS (Advanced Design System)
CST Studio Suite
Ansys HFSS
Cadence AWR
Altium Designer
MATLAB
EMIQuest
Spectrum analyzers, RF power meters, and oscilloscopes
Vector and analog signal generators
Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
RF diagnostic / anechoic chambers
Load-pull measurement systems and related RF test equipment

Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience developing RF systems for defense, aerospace, electronic warfare, radar, satellite communications, or secure communications applications.
Familiarity with military standards (MIL-STD), environmental qualification testing, and defense product development.
Experience developing high-reliability RF hardware and systems for demanding operating environments.
Experience supporting products from concept through production and field deployment.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
Ability to communicate effectively in person and virtually.
Ability to work in RF lab, anechoic chamber, and test environments, with occasional travel to testing sites or manufacturing facilities as needed.
