Role Summary
Nuuly is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager, Product Collaborations, to help shape how our brand shows up in the world — from product collaborations to strategic partnerships. You'll lead integrated campaigns end-to-end, build relationships with external partners, and help drive the storytelling that makes Nuuly a destination for fashion discovery. This is a high-visibility role for someone who loves connecting brand strategy to hands-on execution.
Role Responsibilities
Product Collaboration Marketing:
Manage end to end execution and marketing efforts for product collaborations, including identifying strategic brand opportunities and developing marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and rentals
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery of messaging
Work in partnership with creative on the development marketing assets and promotional materials
Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into sharper strategy for future collaborations
Brand Partnerships:
Identify and build strategic brand partnerships that align with Nuuly's positioning and values
Lead partnership negotiations, contracts, and agreements that create mutual value
Design and execute partnership marketing, including co-branded campaigns, events, and cross-promotions
Measure partnership performance and make recommendations that inform what's next
Brand Stewardship:
Champion the Nuuly brand identity, keeping messaging, visual identity, and tone consistent across every touchpoint
Stay close to the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape to keep strategy sharp
Partner cross-functionally to activate and maintain brand voice in every activation.
Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
Role Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in brand partnership marketing, integrated campaign management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience in managing collaborations and brand partnerships from idea through reporting and evaluation.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
