About the Internship

Neon Logistics is looking for motivated, outgoing, and driven students to join our team for our Summer Internship Program. This internship is designed to give students hands-on experience in the fast-paced logistics industry while developing valuable skills in sales, operations, communication, and relationship building.

As a Summer Intern, you'll work alongside our team and gain real-world exposure to how a growing third-party logistics company operates. This isn't an internship where you'll spend the summer making copies or sitting on the sidelines—you'll have the opportunity to learn directly from our team, contribute to day-to-day operations, and build skills you can take with you into your future career.

What You'll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of the transportation and logistics industry
• Gain exposure to sales, account management, and operations
• Work alongside experienced team members on real business initiatives
• Learn how to communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Develop prospecting, relationship-building, and professional communication skills
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events
• Assist with projects that support the growth and day-to-day operations of Neon Logistics
• Gain an understanding of the full lifecycle of a shipment, from initial customer communication through delivery
