Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will support the project team with project coordination, data tracking and analysis, reporting, and day-to-day project activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and deadlines.
• Maintain project trackers, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Analyze and organize project data using Microsoft Excel.
• Track action items and follow up with team members on outstanding items.
• Assist with project status reporting and updates.
• Schedule and participate in project meetings.
• Prepare meeting notes and track follow-up activities.
• Review data for accuracy and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders.
• Provide general support to the Project Manager and project team.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, sorting, and filtering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project coordination, project support, or a similar role.
• Experience working with data and preparing reports.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
