The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Charleys Cheesesteaks will work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The AGM will assist in managing the team, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain experience for future growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service, high-quality food, and customer satisfaction.
