Manager, Social Media at HITT Contracting | LAYIQ

Work collaboratively with HITT’s marketing and communications teams to support internal and external communications campaigns; develop copy and graphics, monitor metrics, and implement communications tactics.
Collaborate and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders across all business units, sectors, leaders, and corporate resources teams to create engaging content and communicate with external clients and partners as needed.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy across all HITT social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Instagram, Reels, X, TikTok, and YouTube as well as assist with the corporate website and blog to support marketing strategy.
Manage strategy and creative execution on video-forward platforms including TikTok and Instagram Reels, partnering with multimedia and communications teams to script, schedule, and oversee content capture.
Capture content on site — raw video, behind-the-scenes moments, and real-time narratives from HITT jobsites, facilities, and events — to fuel high-conversion social storytelling.
Plan and run full-funnel organic and paid social campaigns that drive market visibility, brand awareness, and high-value customer acquisition.
Support paid advertising execution, budget pacing, and optimization to maximize ROI.
Design targeted recruitment and retention campaigns that showcase company culture, employee spotlights, and community value — campaigns that make a career in building feel aspirational and inspire top-tier talent to see themselves here, while deepening the pride of the people already with us.
Protect and elevate the company's elite brand position by enforcing uncompromising visual and tonal standards across all core digital channels, ensuring alignment and relevance with the company's brand identity and messaging — and ensuring every channel reinforces how we are elevating the business of building for our people and for the industry for generations to come.
Engage with audiences on behalf of the business by responding to tags, comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Provide crisis communication support and coordination.
Manage social employee advocacy program and provide training and resources to help team members become effective brand advocates.
Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, trends, news, and technologies to identify new opportunities for reaching and engaging with target audiences.
Experiment with new features and formats on existing platforms to keep content fresh and innovative.
Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark the brand's social media performance against competitors and identify areas for improvement.
Measure and monitor the quality, effectiveness, and ROI of communications strategies and tactics; provide recommendations for improvement.
