About the Role
You will be the first account executive in a young AI driven B2B SaaS startup, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and shaping our go-to-market approach alongside the founders. Your work directly impacts revenue and the company's trajectory.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting through to negotiation and close.
- Act as your own SDR to build a robust enterprise pipeline and pursue outbound opportunities.
- Manage multi-stakeholder deals involving executives and procurement teams.
- Partner with founders to refine ICPs, test messaging, and build foundational sales processes.
- Translate customer pain points into actionable product and business insights for teams across the company.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Hunter mentality with success generating leads and building pipeline from scratch
- Comfort working in a fast paced, ambiguous startup environment with strong problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience selling into HR, Finance, or AI domains is a strong plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
