Content Marketing Manager

About the Role

This is a content marketing ownership role at a fast-growing AI communication platform built for small and medium-sized businesses. You will define the brand voice and content strategy for the US market, working end-to-end across the full customer journey alongside a tight-knit, ambitious team where your work will have direct and measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Own content marketing for the US market, shaping how businesses discover, understand, and trust the product.
• Define brand voice across the customer journey, covering performance ads, landing pages, organic content, and product messaging.
• Write and maintain website and landing page copy specifically tailored to a US audience.
• Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Script ad creatives for video platforms and paid social.
• Create and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms.
• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.
• Use A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.
• Proven background in B2B SaaS or another fast-moving software environment.
• Outstanding English writing skills tuned specifically for a US audience, with native or C2-level proficiency.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and A/B testing to drive content decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to script video and paid social ad creatives.
• Experience building and running organic social media content programs.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Analytical mindset with a genuine passion for experimentation and iteration.
