Position Title: Constructability Review Specialist – General
Location: Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) – Facilities Services Division, Los Angeles, CA – (On-Site). Candidate must be willing and able to commute to the Los Angeles, CA worksite and make project site visits as necessary.
Position Description:
CLMI Group is seeking a Constructability Review Specialist – General to support the Los Angeles Unified School District’s (LAUSD) Facilities Services Division bond construction program.
The Constructability Review Specialist – General supports the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative (OAR) during the preconstruction phase of LAUSD bond projects. The position performs comprehensive constructability reviews of design deliverables and pre-bid construction documents, identifying inconsistencies, ambiguities, conflicts, errors, and omissions in order to reduce Requests for Information (RFIs) and Change Orders during construction.
