*This is a 12 month contracted position
The Program Director will manage the 21st C Afterschool Program at Highland Springs Elementary School by ensuring a positive, safe, enriching environment, in accordance with the Henrico Education Foundation’s mission, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the operations of the 21st C Afterschool program, and summer program, if determined, to include enforcing policies and procedures, program planning, promoting the program, implementing the program, hiring and training staff, assessing risk, and conducting ongoing program evaluation.
