Why nurses take this role
This is care management, not bedside nursing. You will carry a small, intimate private-pay caseload — deliberately kept that way — so you actually know your clients: their history, their family dynamics, what a good day looks like for them. You will build your own schedule around your visits and exercise real clinical judgment without a charge nurse, a floor assignment, or a twelve-hour shift.
$100,000–$115,000 base, plus a monthly performance bonus earned on billable hours and paid every month, never deferred to year-end. First-year total earnings run $106,000 to $130,000+.
